Do you offer remote or hybrid work?+
Yes. We work hybrid: you can flexibly work from home or at our office in Rüsselsheim. We agree the exact split individually with your team.
Do you take on interns or working students?+
Yes, regularly. If you do not currently find a matching listing, send us a short unsolicited application with your preferred period and focus area.
How does the application process work?+

Is a career change without an IT background possible?+
Yes – depending on the role. For positions in sales, marketing, office management or project coordination an IT background is not mandatory. We invest in structured onboarding and training.
